過(guo)去幾年(nian)來,在中國種(zhong)(zhong)業發展歷史(shi)上發生了幾件大(da)事,始自(zi)(zi) 2018 年(nian)的(de)海南(nan)自(zi)(zi)貿區建(jian)設(she)。這一年(nian),中國國家主席習近平在海南(nan)省暨海南(nan)經濟特區 30 周年(nian)大(da)會(hui)上鄭重宣布,黨中央決定(ding)支(zhi)持海南(nan)全島建(jian)設(she)自(zi)(zi)由貿易試驗區。海南(nan)開啟自(zi)(zi)貿區建(jian)設(she),把南(nan)繁育種(zhong)(zhong)作(zuo)為重要的(de)科技創新內容(rong)之一。
根據過去四十年本人參加南繁育種的實踐,深感海南在未來的育種中不應該僅僅是為了加代,每年多繁育一個世代,而是應該發揮真正的冬季育種基地的作用。在分子標記輔助育種、DH 育種、快速育種、工廠化育種、轉基因育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)種、基(ji)因編輯育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)種等現(xian)代育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)種技術正(zheng)在與常規(gui)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)種技術完(wan)全整合(he)的時(shi)代,海(hai)南完(wan)全可以(yi)發展成為(wei)“海(hai)南育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)種、全國測試(shi)”的重要育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)種基(ji)地。
于是,從 2019 年開(kai)始思考如(ru)何實現南(nan)(nan)(nan)繁育種(zhong)轉型(xing)升級的問(wen)題,這個重大轉變應(ying)該是未(wei)來南(nan)(nan)(nan)繁科技城建設(she)的重要目標,并在 2019 下(xia)半年在海南(nan)(nan)(nan)召開(kai)的兩次與南(nan)(nan)(nan)繁育種(zhong)相關的會議上(shang)提出了分子(zi)植(zhi)物(wu)育種(zhong)助(zhu)推南(nan)(nan)(nan)繁種(zhong)業(ye)轉型(xing)升級的設(she)想。
第一次(ci)是在(zai)海(hai)口召開(kai)的(de) “海(hai)南自貿區 (港) 南繁(fan)(fan) · 深海(hai) · 航天科(ke)技創(chuang)新(xin)暨產業發(fa)展國際合作(zuo)交(jiao)流大會(hui)——南繁(fan)(fan)種業創(chuang)新(xin)發(fa)展與國際合作(zuo)交(jiao)流會(hui)(11月18-21日)。
第二次(ci)是 12 月 9-12 日(ri)在三亞召(zhao)開的“崖州論壇:南(nan)繁(fan)與現代育(yu)種(zhong)國(guo)際(ji)論壇”。會上,分子育(yu)種(zhong)踐行者作(zuo)了(le)題為“分子植物育(yu)種(zhong)助推南(nan)繁(fan)種(zhong)業(ye)轉型升級” 的主旨報(bao)告(gao)。報(bao)告(gao)討論了(le):
(1) 實現南(nan)繁種業轉(zhuan)型升(sheng)級所(suo)需(xu)要的支撐條件;
(2) 分子標記(ji)輔助育種在轉型升(sheng)級(ji)中的(de)關鍵作用;
(3) 我國在液相芯(xin)片檢(jian)(jian)測領域(yu)實(shi)現換(huan)道超車,走在世界前列(lie),一舉突破了(le)成(cheng)本、平臺和知識產權的三重制約(yue),在大幅度(du)降低了(le)分子標(biao)記檢(jian)(jian)測成(cheng)本的同(tong)時,實(shi)現了(le)檢(jian)(jian)測平臺儀器設備的通用化和分析試(shi)劑的國產化。
(4) 南繁(fan)種業轉型(xing)升(sheng)級所需整合的現代育(yu)種技術體系(xi)。
在幾次全國性大會報告的基礎上,聯合多家單位的著名專家學者,以專家建言的形式,撰寫了“分子植物育種助推南繁種業轉型升級“的論文。該論文發表在 2021 年《中國農業科學》上,論文作者包括了三名中美院士、兩名國家特聘專家、一位公司老(lao)總,被認為是作者(zhe)級(ji)(ji)別最高的(de)中文論文之一(yi),其目(mu)的(de)是希望引起有關部(bu)門對(dui)南繁(fan)問題的(de)關注(zhu),為國家南繁(fan)科技城的(de)建(jian)設和南繁(fan)育(yu)種轉(zhuan)型升級(ji)(ji)提供(gong)參考(kao)和指導(dao)意見(jian)。
2020 年《海南(nan)(nan)自由(you)(you)貿易港建設(she)總體方案(an)》印發(fa),海南(nan)(nan)自貿港建設(she)上升至國(guo)家戰略,賦予(yu)三亞及(ji)崖州(zhou)灣(wan)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)國(guo)際化中心(xin)化的(de)高(gao)標準(zhun)要求。12 月 2 日,《海南(nan)(nan)自由(you)(you)貿易港三亞崖州(zhou)灣(wan)科(ke)技城條例》發(fa)布。條例指出,科(ke)技城應按照海南(nan)(nan)自由(you)(you)貿易港建設(she)的(de)有關要求,高(gao)水平推進深海科(ke)技、南(nan)(nan)繁(fan)科(ke)技、動(dong)植(zhi)物種質資源(yuan)引(yin)進中轉研發(fa)、科(ke)教研發(fa)、遙(yao)感等產業(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。隨后幾(ji)年,南(nan)(nan)繁(fan)科(ke)技城發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)迅速(su)。
2021 年 5 月 12 日,崖州灣種子實驗室揭牌并隨后進入正式運轉。南繁科(ke)技(ji)城現(xian)已(yi)匯集中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)科(ke)學院、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)農業(ye)科(ke)學院、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)農業(ye)大(da)學、浙江大(da)學等(deng)大(da)學和科(ke)研院所,中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)種子集團、隆(long)平生物等(deng)幾百家種業(ye)企業(ye),產(chan)生了顯(xian)著的南繁產(chan)業(ye)集聚效(xiao)應。

Transforming and upgrading off-season breeding in Hainan through molecular plant breeding

文章(zhang)在分析(xi)了海南(nan)地(di)理生(sheng)態優勢與南(nan)繁種業(ye)(ye)現狀之后(hou),討論了南(nan)繁種業(ye)(ye)的(de)轉(zhuan)型升(sheng)(sheng)級及其(qi)所需條件。實現南(nan)繁種業(ye)(ye)的(de)轉(zhuan)型升(sheng)(sheng)級有賴(lai)于異地(di)選(xuan)擇觀念的(de)轉(zhuan)變(bian)、國家相關政策的(de)支持、分子育種平(ping)臺(tai)的(de)支撐、生(sheng)物(wu)安全(quan)防控(kong)和(he)品種保(bao)護制(zhi)度(du)的(de)建立和(he)完(wan)善、資源共享和(he)交流機制(zhi)的(de)形成(表1)。

隨后討論了南繁種(zhong)業轉型升(sheng)級之育(yu)種(zhong)理(li)論:數量和(he)群(qun)體(ti)(ti)遺(yi)傳(chuan)、基因型和(he)環境互作、分(fen)子設(she)計(ji)和(he)大數據構(gou)。分(fen)子設(she)計(ji)包括微觀(guan)水平的(de)基因設(she)計(ji)、代謝設(she)計(ji)和(he)網絡設(she)計(ji),宏觀(guan)水平的(de)個體(ti)(ti)設(she)計(ji)、群(qun)體(ti)(ti)設(she)計(ji)和(he)物種(zhong)設(she)計(ji)。論文首次正式提出了有關宏觀(guan)和(he)微觀(guan)層(ceng)次分(fen)子設(she)計(ji)育(yu)種(zhong)的(de)戰略設(she)想(xiang)(表2)。
