苗情差、高溫、干旱,減產已成定局!西北玉米制種田如何管?

      2023年我國新疆、甘肅兩地玉米制種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)面積均(jun)超(chao)過6.67萬hm²(100萬畝),且均(jun)占(zhan)到我國(guo)玉(yu)米制種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)面積40%左(zuo)右,是我國(guo)名(ming)副(fu)其實的(de)兩大(da)玉(yu)米制種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)區。近(jin)期通過對新疆伊犁州、昌吉州,甘肅(su)河西地區等(deng)面積較大(da)基(ji)地的(de)實際考察(cha),發(fa)現(xian)2023年玉(yu)米制種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)田間長(chang)勢(目前已普(pu)遍(bian)拔節、孕穗)均(jun)不如往年,具體(ti)表現(xian)為出苗、成苗率低(di),長(chang)勢弱且不整(zheng)齊。本文具體(ti)分析了造成這(zhe)一(yi)現(xian)象的(de)原(yuan)因,并提出今后應(ying)對之策,與同(tong)行商榷。

       1   前期造成玉米制種出苗、成苗率低,長勢弱且不整齊的原因

      ?1.1播種期至苗期低(di)溫寡照(zhao)、多陰(yin)雨

      新疆、甘肅地(di)區常年(nian)干旱少(shao)雨,蒸發量(liang)遠大(da)于降水(shui)量(liang),在春季晴好天氣(qi)數(shu)(shu)遠大(da)于陰雨天氣(qi)數(shu)(shu),光照時間長熱(re)量(liang)足(zu),因有天山(shan)、祁(qi)連(lian)山(shan)冰川融雪的水(shui)源灌溉,形成了得天獨厚的玉米制(zhi)種優勢,而(er)2023年(nian)3-5月(yue)份其氣(qi)候(hou)與常年(nian)相比出(chu)現了較大(da)且明顯的變化(hua)。

      1.1.1新疆主要(yao)玉米制(zhi)種基地播種及苗期天氣(qi)情況(kuang)

      2023年(nian)西北(bei)制種區播(bo)(bo)種期最早的新疆(jiang)伊(yi)寧市(含新疆(jiang)生產建設(she)兵團,下同(tong))玉米(mi)制種面積4萬多(duo)hm²,正(zheng)常(chang)年(nian)份播(bo)(bo)種期在3月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)25日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)至4月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)10日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)。伊(yi)寧市播(bo)(bo)種及前(qian)后天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)氣(qi)(qi)變化情況:3月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)晴(qing)天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)有16d,比前(qian)10年(nian)3月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)平(ping)(ping)均(jun)(jun)晴(qing)天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)還(huan)多(duo)3.4d,連續(xu)晴(qing)天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)在3月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)21-29日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri);日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)均(jun)(jun)氣(qi)(qi)溫(wen)(wen)2.1~12.9℃,比前(qian)10年(nian)3月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)平(ping)(ping)均(jun)(jun)氣(qi)(qi)溫(wen)(wen)高1.6~1.8℃。播(bo)(bo)種普遍在4月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)1日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)后開始。4月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)晴(qing)天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)有7d,比前(qian)10年(nian)4月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)平(ping)(ping)均(jun)(jun)晴(qing)天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)還(huan)少了4.1d,連續(xu)5d晴(qing)天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)在4月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)1-5日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri);日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)均(jun)(jun)氣(qi)(qi)溫(wen)(wen)4.7~18.0℃,比前(qian)10年(nian)4月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)均(jun)(jun)氣(qi)(qi)溫(wen)(wen)低2.5~2.6℃。5月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)晴(qing)天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)有5d,比前(qian)10年(nian)5月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)平(ping)(ping)均(jun)(jun)晴(qing)天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)少6.5d,且沒有連續(xu)的晴(qing)天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian);日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)均(jun)(jun)氣(qi)(qi)溫(wen)(wen)10.0~22.0℃,比前(qian)10年(nian)5月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)均(jun)(jun)氣(qi)(qi)溫(wen)(wen)低1.5~3.2℃。

      新疆昌(chang)吉州2023年(nian)玉米(mi)制種面積2萬(wan)hm²,該地區一般(ban)年(nian)份(fen)春播期(qi)比(bi)(bi)伊寧晚5d左右。4月晴天(tian)(tian)有(you)7d,比(bi)(bi)前10年(nian)4月平均(jun)晴天(tian)(tian)日(ri)少(shao)2.8d,4月2-6日(ri)連續5d晴天(tian)(tian);日(ri)均(jun)氣(qi)溫(wen)3.0~17.0℃,比(bi)(bi)前10年(nian)4月日(ri)均(jun)氣(qi)溫(wen)低(di)3.3~3.5℃;5月晴天(tian)(tian)有(you)1d,比(bi)(bi)前10年(nian)5月平均(jun)晴天(tian)(tian)日(ri)少(shao)8.1d;日(ri)均(jun)氣(qi)溫(wen)9.0~23.0℃,比(bi)(bi)前10年(nian)5月日(ri)均(jun)氣(qi)溫(wen)低(di)2.0~3.2℃。

      新(xin)疆博州玉米制種(zhong)面積1萬hm²,該(gai)地區一(yi)般(ban)年份春播期比伊寧晚(wan)7d左右(you)。4月晴天(tian)有6d,比前10年4月平(ping)均(jun)(jun)晴天(tian)日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)少(shao)3.8d,連續晴天(tian)出現在(zai)4月2-5日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri);日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)均(jun)(jun)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)溫(wen)4.0~16.0℃,比前10年4月日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)均(jun)(jun)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)溫(wen)低2.6~3.1℃;5月晴天(tian)有5d,比前10年5月平(ping)均(jun)(jun)晴天(tian)日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)少(shao)5.4d;日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)均(jun)(jun)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)溫(wen)11.0~23.0℃,比前10年5月日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)均(jun)(jun)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)溫(wen)低1.4~1.9℃(以上(shang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)象(xiang)數據來源:天(tian)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)網(wang)www.tianqi.com)。

      1.1.2甘肅張掖市播(bo)種及苗期(qi)天氣情況

      張掖市(shi)(shi)是我國玉米制(zhi)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)第一大(da)市(shi)(shi),2023年(nian)(nian)(nian)玉米制(zhi)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)面積8.2萬hm²,常年(nian)(nian)(nian)播種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)期(qi)(qi)在4月(yue)(yue)10-25日(ri)(ri)。2023年(nian)(nian)(nian)4月(yue)(yue)日(ri)(ri)均(jun)氣(qi)(qi)溫(wen)4.1~10.5℃,比(bi)歷(li)年(nian)(nian)(nian)低(di)1.1~1.9℃;5月(yue)(yue)日(ri)(ri)均(jun)氣(qi)(qi)溫(wen)10.7~17.8℃,其中上旬偏(pian)低(di)0.7~1.6℃,中旬偏(pian)高2.1~3.1℃,下旬距平介于-1.4~0.3℃之間(jian),播種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)至出苗(miao)期(qi)(qi)間(jian)氣(qi)(qi)溫(wen)波動較(jiao)大(da),播期(qi)(qi)普(pu)遍較(jiao)歷(li)年(nian)(nian)(nian)推遲5~7d;3月(yue)(yue)降水(shui)量在0~2.7mm之間(jian),與歷(li)年(nian)(nian)(nian)同期(qi)(qi)比(bi)偏(pian)少(shao)10成(cheng);4月(yue)(yue)降水(shui)量8.9~41.7mm,比(bi)歷(li)年(nian)(nian)(nian)同期(qi)(qi)偏(pian)多3~9成(cheng);5月(yue)(yue)降水(shui)量4.8~27.4mm,比(bi)歷(li)年(nian)(nian)(nian)同期(qi)(qi)偏(pian)少(shao)4~6成(cheng)(氣(qi)(qi)象資(zi)料(liao)來(lai)源:生態與農業氣(qi)(qi)象信(xin)息(xi)專報、張掖市(shi)(shi)氣(qi)(qi)象局、蘭(lan)州區域氣(qi)(qi)候(hou)中心)。據天(tian)(tian)(tian)氣(qi)(qi)網資(zi)料(liao)及基地技術(shu)人員(yuan)實地觀察記錄,整個4月(yue)(yue)晴(qing)(qing)天(tian)(tian)(tian)3d,晴(qing)(qing)轉陰或陰轉晴(qing)(qing)天(tian)(tian)(tian)有8d,晴(qing)(qing)天(tian)(tian)(tian)日(ri)(ri)遠(yuan)比(bi)前12年(nian)(nian)(nian)平均(jun)晴(qing)(qing)天(tian)(tian)(tian)日(ri)(ri)少(shao)得多,期(qi)(qi)間(jian)28-29日(ri)(ri)為(wei)連續(xu)晴(qing)(qing)天(tian)(tian)(tian);進入5月(yue)(yue)同樣僅有晴(qing)(qing)天(tian)(tian)(tian)3d。

      綜合以上氣象資料及(ji)實際情(qing)況,我(wo)國兩大主要(yao)制種(省)區(qu),在播(bo)種期(qi)(qi)內(nei)長時間(jian)遭(zao)受持續低溫寡照(zhao)陰雨天(tian)氣,不(bu)僅使播(bo)種期(qi)(qi)不(bu)得不(bu)推遲1周左右時間(jian),且出苗(miao)期(qi)(qi)延(yan)(yan)長、出苗(miao)率降低、大小苗(miao)嚴重,直接造成了整個玉米苗(miao)期(qi)(qi)生長緩慢,將致使生育(yu)期(qi)(qi)延(yan)(yan)長。

      ?1.2機械覆膜播(bo)種(zhong)、水肥灌施(shi)等技術應(ying)用措(cuo)施(shi)沒能(neng)充分發揮應(ying)有(you)作用

      地(di)(di)膜(mo)覆(fu)(fu)蓋(gai)玉(yu)米(mi)制種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)自研發(fa)成(cheng)(cheng)功推(tui)廣(guang)至今(jin)已37年(nian),如今(jin)該(gai)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術措施早已作(zuo)為廣(guang)大(da)春(chun)播(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)玉(yu)米(mi)制種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)區的(de)常規應用(yong)(yong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術;該(gai)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術核(he)心(xin)是(shi)覆(fu)(fu)蓋(gai)地(di)(di)膜(mo)播(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)應比非(fei)覆(fu)(fu)膜(mo)地(di)(di)塊(kuai)播(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)早15~20d,如此才能(neng)最大(da)程(cheng)度發(fa)揮(hui)出(chu)(chu)(chu)地(di)(di)膜(mo)覆(fu)(fu)蓋(gai)玉(yu)米(mi)制種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)提(ti)高地(di)(di)溫(wen)、早播(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、早出(chu)(chu)(chu)苗(miao)(miao)、出(chu)(chu)(chu)齊苗(miao)(miao)、出(chu)(chu)(chu)壯苗(miao)(miao)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)和效果。由于近幾年(nian)地(di)(di)膜(mo)覆(fu)(fu)蓋(gai)、播(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、鋪(pu)滴水管線(xian)一體機(ji)械(xie)化作(zuo)業(ye)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術應用(yong)(yong)廣(guang)泛,雖減少了環節,節約了單位(wei)面積(ji)作(zuo)業(ye)時(shi)間(jian)(jian),降低了勞(lao)動強度及(ji)投入,但其不(bu)足(zu)之(zhi)處是(shi)大(da)大(da)降低了覆(fu)(fu)蓋(gai)地(di)(di)膜(mo)以及(ji)早提(ti)高地(di)(di)溫(wen)的(de)效能(neng);又因(yin)(yin)2023年(nian)覆(fu)(fu)膜(mo)、播(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、鋪(pu)滴水管線(xian)一體機(ji)械(xie)化作(zuo)業(ye)完成(cheng)(cheng)后又持(chi)續遭遇降雨、低溫(wen)寡照天(tian)氣(qi),土壤溫(wen)度回升緩慢,甚至出(chu)(chu)(chu)現(xian)滴灌水后地(di)(di)膜(mo)下面播(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層地(di)(di)溫(wen)低于播(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)前(qian)的(de)現(xian)象;再因(yin)(yin)部分(fen)地(di)(di)區機(ji)械(xie)臺數、灌溉保(bao)障(zhang)能(neng)力有限,部分(fen)地(di)(di)塊(kuai)出(chu)(chu)(chu)現(xian)(干土)播(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)后4~5d還不(bu)能(neng)及(ji)時(shi)補水(干土播(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)等于沒種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong))的(de)現(xian)象;以上原因(yin)(yin)最終導致完成(cheng)(cheng)播(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)被(bei)拉(la)長(chang),使出(chu)(chu)(chu)苗(miao)(miao)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)延遲,影響(xiang)了苗(miao)(miao)齊、苗(miao)(miao)壯。

      ?1.3自交系種子質量參差不齊

      為保證玉米自(zi)交(jiao)系(xi)純度,降低繁(fan)制(zhi)(zhi)自(zi)交(jiao)系(xi)難度和(he)成本,一般(ban)繁(fan)制(zhi)(zhi)自(zi)交(jiao)系(xi)是(shi)(shi)一年(nian)繁(fan)多年(nian)用,種子活(huo)力逐(zhu)年(nian)降低,而在(zai)播種時又很難做到同(tong)批使用的(de)種子是(shi)(shi)同(tong)年(nian)、同(tong)地塊(kuai)、同(tong)一時間入(ru)庫精(jing)選(xuan)分級加工(gong)的(de)同(tong)批種子,特別是(shi)(shi)在(zai)自(zi)交(jiao)系(xi)不(bu)(bu)足的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下,往往是(shi)(shi)將(jiang)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)活(huo)力、不(bu)(bu)同(tong)粒型、不(bu)(bu)同(tong)大小的(de)籽粒一混了之。最終(zhong)導(dao)致本身發(fa)芽率很高、出(chu)苗(miao)整齊(qi)的(de)種子,一旦種入(ru)田(tian)間,經過10余天的(de)萌發(fa)、拱土,出(chu)苗(miao)表(biao)現(xian)參差不(bu)(bu)齊(qi)的(de)現(xian)象。

      ?1.4耕翻、平耙、整地(di)不(bu)均勻,質量差異大

      在(zai)土壤耕翻(fan)、平耙(pa)、整地(di)不(bu)(bu)均勻的情況(kuang)下進行滴灌補(bu)水造(zao)墑(di),肯定(ding)會(hui)使田間澆水量大(da)小(xiao)不(bu)(bu)均、墑(di)情不(bu)(bu)勻,必將(jiang)使播(bo)種(zhong)后的種(zhong)子吸(xi)漲早晚、發(fa)芽(ya)快慢差異(yi)化(hua)增大(da),結果造(zao)成成塊出現嚴重(zhong)的大(da)、小(xiao)苗現象。

       2   中后期玉米制種生長情況預判及田間生產管理措施建議

      ?2.1中后期(qi)玉米制種生長(chang)情(qing)況預判

      2.1.1對錯(cuo)期播(bo)種的組合,父(fu)母本(ben)花期不遇風險增大(da)

      在這種(zhong)(zhong)低(di)溫寡照天(tian)氣(qi)影響(xiang)下,特別是對(dui)父(fu)母本(ben)錯期(qi)播種(zhong)(zhong)時間長的(de)組合及品種(zhong)(zhong),往(wang)往(wang)導致早播種(zhong)(zhong)的(de)父(fu)(或母)本(ben)散粉(吐絲)早于晚播的(de)母(或父(fu))本(ben),有(you)熱帶(dai)血(xue)緣的(de)自交系更應引(yin)起(qi)注意。一(yi)般父(fu)母本(ben)同期(qi)播種(zhong)(zhong)的(de)組合或品種(zhong)(zhong),即(ji)使(shi)受(shou)到(dao)惡劣天(tian)氣(qi)影響(xiang),對(dui)父(fu)母本(ben)花期(qi)相遇的(de)影響(xiang)也不會太大。

      2.1.2花期(qi)遭(zao)遇高溫干熱風的危害概率增大

      從多(duo)年(nian)氣(qi)象(xiang)資料來看(kan),我國新疆、甘肅地區每年(nian)7月中下旬都(dou)會(hui)(hui)出現連續(xu)幾天超過40℃的(de)高(gao)溫(wen)干熱天氣(qi),致使(shi)開(kai)花(hua)吐(tu)絲的(de)玉米(mi)花(hua)粉干秕無活力(li)、花(hua)絲吐(tu)出困(kun)難或萎蔫,造成玉米(mi)果穗授粉率(lv)低(di),從而導致制(zhi)種減產,甚(shen)至會(hui)(hui)出現絕收地塊(kuai)。基于歷史氣(qi)象(xiang)數(shu)據,一般全年(nian)的(de)積溫(wen)應是(shi)相對穩定的(de),2023年(nian)前期低(di)溫(wen)寡照,積溫(wen)偏(pian)低(di),后期遭遇高(gao)溫(wen)的(de)概(gai)率(lv)也(ye)會(hui)(hui)大(da)大(da)增加。

      2.1.3熟期滯后,遭(zao)遇(yu)冷霜害(hai)的概(gai)率增大

      由于播種期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)普遍推遲1周左右時間(jian),再加(jia)(jia)上(shang)苗期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)又(you)遭遇長時間(jian)低溫寡照,玉米自交系生育(yu)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)延長、熟期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)滯后,后期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)遭遇冷害的概率增(zeng)加(jia)(jia);對含有熱帶血緣(yuan)的自交系以(yi)及生育(yu)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)偏(pian)長的組合,不僅要(yao)做好花(hua)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)預測,還要(yao)及時采取(qu)預防措(cuo)施,防患于未(wei)然。

      2.1.4產量(liang)、質量(liang)將不及預期,應全面提高抗風(feng)險意識

      由(you)于2023年玉米制種(zhong)前(qian)(qian)期(qi)受多(duo)(duo)重不(bu)(bu)利因素疊加影(ying)響(xiang),拔(ba)節前(qian)(qian)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)已不(bu)(bu)可挽回(hui),中(zhong)后期(qi)又面臨著諸多(duo)(duo)不(bu)(bu)利及不(bu)(bu)可控(kong)因素的(de)發(fa)生,預計玉米制種(zhong)單產(chan)將會不(bu)(bu)如(ru)(ru)往年,市場(chang)供(gong)給總量(liang)(liang)也(ye)將不(bu)(bu)如(ru)(ru)預期(qi)。在質量(liang)(liang)管理上,田間母本長勢不(bu)(bu)一致,大小苗多(duo)(duo),為去雄工作保證質量(liang)(liang)帶來難度(du)。因此,無論是制種(zhong)還是銷售企業,都(dou)應做到精(jing)準施策,早做防控(kong)應對預案。

      ?2.2中后期田(tian)間生產管理措施及建議

      2.2.1農藝管理措施

      一切措施(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)促(cu)早熟為(wei)目的(de),如及(ji)時對兩(liang)膜(mo)床面間的(de)壟溝進(jin)行中耕,特(te)別是雨后更應及(ji)時中耕破除板結,提高地溫,促(cu)進(jin)生長;肥(fei)水應用在追施(shi)(shi)化(hua)肥(fei)時,適當增加磷、鉀肥(fei),還可適當噴施(shi)(shi)一些可靠的(de)增產、促(cu)早熟的(de)營養助劑,氮肥(fei)應用以(yi)(yi)中期(qi)即(ji)大喇叭口(kou)期(qi)為(wei)主,后期(qi)少施(shi)(shi)或(huo)不施(shi)(shi);及(ji)時割除父(fu)本,改(gai)善(shan)田(tian)間通(tong)風透光條件,加快灌(guan)漿成熟速度(du);后期(qi)如遇到冷(leng)霜(shuang)害(hai)天(tian)氣應適時早收,采(cai)取(qu)烘干、晾曬的(de)方(fang)式以(yi)(yi)降低(di)水分,保證高質量種子入倉(cang),將災害(hai)帶來的(de)影響(xiang)降到最低(di)。

      2.2.2及時根除(chu)雜草(cao),適(shi)時防治病蟲草(cao)害

      由于中后期足肥水的應用,以及天氣干旱、高溫易造成病蟲草害的發生蔓延,應加強對病蟲草害的化學防控措施,使應用的防控措施更高效。制種責任戶和委托生產公司出于奪取(qu)高產目標(biao)的(de)一致性考慮,常(chang)常(chang)由委托(tuo)公(gong)司統一配備藥、肥(fei)、劑(ji)、水,而部分農戶在出現病蟲草害(hai)時又急于到市(shi)場藥、肥(fei)、劑(ji)銷售服務(wu)商那里購買(mai),往往造成重(zhong)復(fu)或(huo)混用藥、肥(fei)、劑(ji),從而出現用藥量(liang)過大、劑(ji)藥相(xiang)克(ke)等事件,易造成肥(fei)害(hai)、藥害(hai)事故的(de)發生,需提前做好溝通,盡量(liang)避免出現類(lei)似(si)事故。

      2.2.3加(jia)強質量管理

      及時(shi)去(qu)除不能結實的小弱苗,在花(hua)期(qi)去(qu)雄應采(cai)取更(geng)精(jing)準的倒數展開(kai)葉去(qu)雄法(fa),即“倒四(三)葉展開(kai)去(qu)雄法(fa)”,適(shi)時(shi)、及時(shi)去(qu)雄,保證種子純度。采(cai)取有效措(cuo)施,防止后期(qi)冷凍(dong)害(hai)發生,以保證種子發芽率。

       3   播種期技術改進意見及措施

      ;?3.1覆膜、滴水(shui)、播種(zhong)分(fen)階段進行(xing)

      建議將整地、施(shi)肥(fei)、覆(fu)(fu)膜(mo)、鋪(pu)(pu)滴水(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)線、播(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)一(yi)(yi)體(ti)(ti)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的機械(xie)(xie)化(hua)作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)改(gai)為以下(xia)3個階(jie)段(duan)(duan)作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)。第1階(jie)段(duan)(duan):將整地、覆(fu)(fu)膜(mo)及(ji)鋪(pu)(pu)滴水(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)線等農機組合作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)提前(qian)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),主要(yao)目的是(shi)(shi)保證正確(que)的覆(fu)(fu)膜(mo)技術要(yao)求,在(zai)春(chun)季(ji)土(tu)壤解(jie)凍后(hou)即可進(jin)行(xing),特別是(shi)(shi)機械(xie)(xie)覆(fu)(fu)膜(mo)與鋪(pu)(pu)設滴水(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)線一(yi)(yi)體(ti)(ti)化(hua)同時(shi)進(jin)行(xing),一(yi)(yi)般在(zai)正常播(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)時(shi)間15d前(qian)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)此(ci)階(jie)段(duan)(duan)工作(zuo);此(ci)時(shi)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)鋪(pu)(pu)膜(mo)及(ji)鋪(pu)(pu)設滴水(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)線工作(zuo)不(bu)僅便于作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)農機械(xie)(xie)的調配,更(geng)為爭取農時(shi)適(shi)時(shi)早播(bo)打下(xia)了基礎。第2階(jie)段(duan)(duan):是(shi)(shi)在(zai)第1階(jie)段(duan)(duan)作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)結束(shu)后(hou)即可開始滴水(shui)(shui)灌溉造墑(di),此(ci)過程應(ying)結合使用(yong)基肥(fei)(主要(yao)是(shi)(shi)氮、磷、鉀及(ji)微量(liang)化(hua)肥(fei)),肥(fei)水(shui)(shui)一(yi)(yi)體(ti)(ti)化(hua)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),這樣等到(dao)播(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)時(shi),土(tu)壤墑(di)情會更(geng)為均勻,有利(li)于出(chu)齊(qi)苗、出(chu)壯苗。第3階(jie)段(duan)(duan):即播(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)階(jie)段(duan)(duan),當膜(mo)下(xia)土(tu)壤5cm地溫穩定通過10℃后(hou),適(shi)時(shi)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)播(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。

      采取以上方(fang)式既沒有增(zeng)加或改(gai)變農業機械化(hua)(hua)的(de)用(yong)量投入和(he)方(fang)式,又最大(da)限度發揮出了(le)地膜覆蓋(gai)的(de)增(zeng)溫保水作(zuo)用(yong)。由于膜下(xia)(xia)(xia)滴(di)灌(guan)后有近半(ban)個月(yue)時(shi)間(jian)的(de)土壤顆粒(li)間(jian)水分(fen)不(bu)斷的(de)相互擴散和(he)交換,當播(bo)種(zhong)時(shi)在膜下(xia)(xia)(xia)耕作(zuo)層已(yi)形成了(le)均勻的(de)墑情,且地溫高(gao)而變化(hua)(hua)小,播(bo)種(zhong)后還(huan)會持續增(zeng)溫,此時(shi)種(zhong)子將處(chu)于良好生長(chang)環境下(xia)(xia)(xia),從(cong)而為出全苗(miao)、出齊苗(miao)、出壯苗(miao)打下(xia)(xia)(xia)良好基礎。但(dan)還(huan)需注意,在一般(ban)情況下(xia)(xia)(xia)播(bo)種(zhong)前(qian)后及(ji)整個苗(miao)期不(bu)用(yong)再滴(di)水灌(guan)溉。

      ?3.2抓住(zhu)最佳(jia)播種窗(chuang)口期(qi)

      關于(yu)春播(bo),農諺(yan)有(you)曰:“種(zhong)(zhong)晴不種(zhong)(zhong)陰,種(zhong)(zhong)陰早種(zhong)(zhong)不早出”。播(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)時間應(ying)在5cm地溫(wen)穩定通過(guo)10℃后,根據天(tian)氣預報抓(zhua)(zhua)住有(you)5~7d的(de)(de)(de)晴天(tian)窗口(kou)期,并在這(zhe)個(ge)窗口(kou)期初(chu)始1~2d抓(zhua)(zhua)緊完成播(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)。播(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)后應(ying)淺(qian)覆土封垵(an),以減少膜(mo)下(xia)土壤(rang)中水(shui)分蒸發及熱(re)量的(de)(de)(de)散發,以起到保水(shui)保溫(wen)的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用;播(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)后因有(you)連續5~6d的(de)(de)(de)持(chi)續晴天(tian),將會使(shi)地膜(mo)下(xia)播(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)層溫(wen)度迅速(su)升至15~25℃,即(ji)使(shi)以后有(you)陰、雪、雨天(tian)氣出現,也不會影響地膜(mo)下(xia)種(zhong)(zhong)子的(de)(de)(de)萌發、扎根、拱土出苗。

      ?3.3親本種子嚴格分級、分批、分區、分地(di)塊播種

      在堅持玉米(mi)制種(zhong)所(suo)用(yong)自交(jiao)系(xi)純度、發芽率、凈度、水分(fen)4項指標達標的基礎(chu)上(shang),還應(ying)保證在同(tong)(tong)(tong)一塊地上(shang)所(suo)用(yong)種(zhong)子(zi)應(ying)當是同(tong)(tong)(tong)年種(zhong)、同(tong)(tong)(tong)地塊長、同(tong)(tong)(tong)時收(shou)、同(tong)(tong)(tong)時晾曬入(ru)庫、同(tong)(tong)(tong)一精選(xuan)分(fen)級(ji)加工且同(tong)(tong)(tong)一批次的同(tong)(tong)(tong)等粒重、同(tong)(tong)(tong)種(zhong)粒型(xing)、大小(xiao)一致的種(zhong)子(zi)。

      ?3.4提倡實(shi)施每(mei)年一次大水漫(man)灌壓堿

      我(wo)國西北地區新疆、甘肅大部(bu)分土地為沖積扇的坡(po)地,且蒸發量(liang)遠遠超(chao)過降(jiang)雨量(liang),一(yi)般地塊土層厚、鹽堿度高。近幾年農業(ye)生產用水(shui)(shui)普(pu)遍(bian)將大水(shui)(shui)漫灌(guan)方式改為膜下滴灌(guan)節水(shui)(shui)種(zhong)植模式,受累積效(xiao)應(ying)影響極易在地表(biao)形成新的鹽堿層,不(bu)利(li)于種(zhong)子扎根出苗。建議(yi)對這樣的地塊,各級(ji)組織及水(shui)(shui)利(li)部(bu)門應(ying)視情況(kuang)對返鹽堿的地塊采(cai)取每年一(yi)次的大水(shui)(shui)漫灌(guan)式壓堿措施。

      ?3.5制(zhi)種地(di)(di)應是(shi)上等肥力、地(di)(di)力均(jun)勻的平整地(di)(di)塊

      地(di)(di)力及整地(di)(di)質(zhi)量(liang)是保證豐產豐收的(de)(de)基礎之一(yi),它和親本種(zhong)子質(zhi)量(liang)有著同等重要(yao)作(zuo)用,因(yin)此(ci)在(zai)(zai)選(xuan)擇制種(zhong)地(di)(di)時應嚴(yan)格踏查,特別是在(zai)(zai)干旱(han)等自(zi)然因(yin)素不(bu)(bu)(bu)利于(yu)玉米生長的(de)(de)年(nian)份(fen),更要(yao)去(qu)甄選(xuan)優質(zhi)制種(zhong)地(di)(di),如2023年(nian)就是選(xuan)地(di)(di)的(de)(de)好時機。耕耙(pa)平整地(di)(di)時,除要(yao)求耙(pa)平、耙(pa)細外,更要(yao)求不(bu)(bu)(bu)能有暗墑(di)溝、根茬(cha)、秸稈以及會影(ying)響地(di)(di)力肥力、使墑(di)情不(bu)(bu)(bu)均勻等影(ying)響播種(zhong)質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)(de)隱情存在(zai)(zai)。(參考文獻(xian)略)
