采收
薺(qi)(qi)菜(cai)(cai)是分(fen)次采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)收(shou)(shou),每次采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)收(shou)(shou)應采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)大留(liu)小,留(liu)植株要均(jun)勻適(shi)當。早秋播(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)薺(qi)(qi)菜(cai)(cai),真葉10~13片采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)收(shou)(shou),播(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)后(hou)30~35天采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)收(shou)(shou),以(yi)后(hou)分(fen)期收(shou)(shou)獲(huo)4~5次,至翌年3月(yue)下旬結束,畝(mu)總產量(liang)2500~3000公(gong)斤(jin)。10月(yue)上旬播(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)的秋薺(qi)(qi)菜(cai)(cai),需45~60天,才能(neng)開始(shi)采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)收(shou)(shou)。2月(yue)下旬播(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)的薺(qi)(qi)菜(cai)(cai),4月(yue)上旬采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)收(shou)(shou)上市。春播(bo)一(yi)般(ban)采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)收(shou)(shou)1~2次,畝(mu)產量(liang)達1000公(gong)斤(jin)左右。
留種(zhong)
栽培薺菜需單獨建立留種田,留種田要選擇地勢高燥、排水良好、肥力適中的地塊。留種田一般在9 月下旬~10月初播,用種量1公斤左右,撒播稀勻。2月中旬進行一次株選,拔除細弱、劣株和不符本品種特征的雜株,保持12厘米見方的株行距,并追肥一次。3月下旬抽苔現蕾,4月下旬開花,5月初采收種子。適時(shi)采收是薺(qi)菜留種(zhong)(zhong)的關鍵。當種(zhong)(zhong)莢由青(qing)轉黃七、八成熟時(shi),為采收適宜時(shi)期,晴(qing)天上午10時(shi)前(qian)收割,就地曬(shai)(shai)1小(xiao)時(shi),再用薄(bo)膜或被單鋪在田間,搓(cuo)出種(zhong)(zhong)子,揚凈涼干,切忌曝曬(shai)(shai),每畝收種(zhong)(zhong)子50公斤左右。種(zhong)(zhong)子橘紅色(se),色(se)澤艷麗,使用年(nian)限2~3年(nian)。
