關于玉米新品種多環境測試的若干思考與討論

      多環境測試(Multi-environment Trial, MET)即不可控環境下的表型測試,是揭露玉米新品種真面目、決定新品種最終命運的極為重要的育種環節,也是現代商業化玉米育種體系的重要組成部分。據報道,世界種業巨頭研發的玉米新品種,在商業化開發之前,會不厭其煩地進行多環境測試(如先鋒公司的每個雜交種商業化之前至少要在150多個試驗點和200多個農場主的地塊上進行測試),以確定新品種是否具有開發價值,以及盡可能摸清新品種的缺陷和風險所在,從而對新品種進行準確的生態定位。多年研究與品種觀察過程中,筆者一直非常關注玉米新品種多環境測試及其相關問題,現將有關思考與分析討論匯總如下。

      1.玉米新品種多環境測試過程中是否需要防治病蟲害

      玉(yu)米新品種(zhong)多環(huan)境測(ce)試是指在(zai)不(bu)可控條(tiao)件(jian)下對玉(yu)米新品種(zhong)進行表(biao)型(xing)(xing)測(ce)試,其(qi)主(zhu)要特(te)點是,除(chu)了普通的(de)田間(jian)管理以(yi)(yi)外(wai),不(bu)對參試品種(zhong)施加(jia)任何輔助管理措施,而(er)只是根(gen)據各參試品種(zhong)產量、抗(kang)性(xing)等表(biao)型(xing)(xing)性(xing)狀的(de)自(zi)然表(biao)現來(lai)選優汰劣。國(guo)內(nei)常(chang)見的(de)品種(zhong)多環(huan)境測(ce)試是國(guo)家及各省(直轄市、自(zi)治區(qu)(qu))以(yi)(yi)品種(zhong)審定(ding)為目的(de)而(er)設置的(de)品種(zhong)區(qu)(qu)域試驗,以(yi)(yi)及品種(zhong)選育單位在(zai)新品種(zhong)參加(jia)區(qu)(qu)域試驗前或審定(ding)后推廣前進行的(de)多年(nian)多點大田試驗。

      大田條件下,玉米生長發育及產量形成過程是應對生物逆境和非生物逆境脅迫的過程,生物逆境中地下害蟲、大斑病、玉米螟等病蟲害是我國玉米主產區主要的病蟲害。據報道,東北地區玉米春播時存在的主要問題之一是地老虎、蠐螬、金針蟲等地下害蟲及根腐病、蚜蟲等苗期病蟲害危害嚴重,在干旱年份極易造成玉米缺苗斷壟、減產嚴重。玉米大斑病是影響玉米產量的主要病害之一,其一旦大發生,會造成較大的產量損失。玉米螟是我國玉米生產上發生最普遍、危害最嚴重的害蟲,玉米螟為害一般年份可使玉米減產10%,嚴重危害年份可減產20%~30%。這些病蟲害雖然對玉米危害大,但有效的防控技術已經研制成功,并在生產上普遍采用。如用種衣劑29%噻蟲·咯·霜靈FS 1.16g/kg包衣處理玉米種子,既能有效防治地(di)下害(hai)蟲(chong),又(you)能控(kong)制苗期(qi)病(bing)蟲(chong)害(hai)的發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)。目前東(dong)北(bei)地(di)區玉(yu)(yu)米種(zhong)子包(bao)衣已成為高產栽培技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)集成的重要組成部分,不進(jin)行(xing)包(bao)衣拌種(zhong)直接(jie)播種(zhong)的現(xian)象已基本消失。再如,近(jin)年來,在吉林省玉(yu)(yu)米生(sheng)(sheng)產上,針對大(da)斑(ban)病(bing)、玉(yu)(yu)米螟等當地(di)主要病(bing)蟲(chong)害(hai)發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)情況,在大(da)喇叭口期(qi)和授粉后10d左右通(tong)過(guo)植保(bao)無人機噴(pen)施“吡(bi)唑醚(mi)菌酯+氯蟲(chong)苯甲酰胺”(即提前進(jin)行(xing)“盲防”),防控(kong)效果非常好。該技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)已經成為當地(di)種(zhong)田大(da)戶普遍(bian)采(cai)用的成熟技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu),并有社會(hui)化服(fu)務(wu)機構提供技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)服(fu)務(wu)。

      綜(zong)上認(ren)為,玉(yu)米新(xin)品種多(duo)環境(jing)測(ce)試(shi)中,對(dui)于地下害(hai)蟲(chong)及苗期病(bing)(bing)蟲(chong)害(hai)、大(da)斑病(bing)(bing)、玉(yu)米螟等主要病(bing)(bing)蟲(chong)害(hai),因(yin)其(qi)防(fang)控(kong)技(ji)術成熟且(qie)在(zai)生(sheng)產上已(yi)普遍應用(yong)(yong),建議在(zai)新(xin)品種多(duo)環境(jing)測(ce)試(shi)中對(dui)這些(xie)主要病(bing)(bing)蟲(chong)害(hai)進行防(fang)控(kong),從而在(zai)玉(yu)米大(da)面(mian)積生(sheng)產中通過采用(yong)(yong)主要病(bing)(bing)蟲(chong)害(hai)防(fang)治技(ji)術的條件(jian)下把表現(xian)優(you)良(liang)的新(xin)品種鑒(jian)選出來。

      2. 新品種展示田究竟有多大的觀摩價值

      山東(dong)省禹城市(shi)在(zai)2019年玉米(mi)(mi)生(sheng)(sheng)長發(fa)育期(qi)間遭遇干旱少(shao)雨(yu)天氣(qi),一(yi)些玉米(mi)(mi)地(di)塊因(yin)為沒有采取灌水(shui)(shui)等抗(kang)旱措(cuo)施(shi),產(chan)(chan)量(liang)損失一(yi)般為20%~30%,個(ge)(ge)別地(di)塊在(zai)50%以(yi)上甚至(zhi)基(ji)本絕收。但(dan)在(zai)某公(gong)司玉米(mi)(mi)新(xin)品(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)展示(shi)田(tian)(tian),玉米(mi)(mi)生(sheng)(sheng)長發(fa)育及(ji)產(chan)(chan)量(liang)表(biao)現仍很(hen)突出,經專家(jia)實收測(ce)產(chan)(chan),產(chan)(chan)量(liang)高(gao)達1005.4 kg/畝。調查表(biao)明,該(gai)玉米(mi)(mi)新(xin)品(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)展示(shi)田(tian)(tian)主要采取了以(yi)下措(cuo)施(shi):①遇旱補(bu)灌。針對(dui)(dui)玉米(mi)(mi)播種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)至(zhi)成(cheng)熟期(qi)一(yi)直干旱少(shao)雨(yu)的(de)氣(qi)候條件,整個(ge)(ge)玉米(mi)(mi)生(sheng)(sheng)長季澆(jiao)水(shui)(shui)6次(ci),使(shi)玉米(mi)(mi)生(sheng)(sheng)長發(fa)育沒有遭受水(shui)(shui)分(fen)脅(xie)迫。②在(zai)針對(dui)(dui)當地(di)主要地(di)下害蟲(chong)和苗期(qi)病(bing)蟲(chong)害進行(xing)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子包衣防控的(de)基(ji)礎上,為了保(bao)證玉米(mi)(mi)健康(kang)生(sheng)(sheng)長和后(hou)期(qi)品(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)觀摩效果,玉米(mi)(mi)拔(ba)節后(hou)通過(guo)植保(bao)無(wu)人機噴(pen)施(shi)“殺菌劑+殺蟲(chong)劑+葉面肥”4次(ci)。綜合多(duo)年來(lai)在(zai)我國玉米(mi)(mi)各主產(chan)(chan)區(qu)的(de)實地(di)考察發(fa)現,各家(jia)單位實施(shi)的(de)玉米(mi)(mi)新(xin)品(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)展示(shi)田(tian)(tian),為品(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)生(sheng)(sheng)長發(fa)育及(ji)產(chan)(chan)量(liang)形成(cheng)創造了非常優越的(de)環(huan)境條件,因(yin)此(ci),其“展示(shi)”的(de)是品(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)豐產(chan)(chan)性或(huo)者品(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)產(chan)(chan)量(liang)潛(qian)力。而如此(ci)高(gao)水(shui)(shui)平或(huo)超高(gao)水(shui)(shui)平管(guan)理的(de)玉米(mi)(mi)品(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)展示(shi)田(tian)(tian),把品(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)很(hen)多(duo)缺陷都掩蓋了,一(yi)個(ge)(ge)抗(kang)病(bing)性很(hen)差(cha)的(de)品(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)可以(yi)被提前(qian)“盲防”得根本就不發(fa)病(bing),而一(yi)個(ge)(ge)容易(yi)倒伏的(de)品(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)可以(yi)被調控得在(zai)狂(kuang)風(feng)暴(bao)雨(yu)條件下仍然直立(li)不倒。

      另一方面,筆(bi)者也曾(ceng)經觀(guan)摩過(guo)把(ba)品(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)表現的(de)(de)(de)(de)假象“展(zhan)(zhan)示”出來的(de)(de)(de)(de)玉米展(zhan)(zhan)示田(tian)(tian)。在(zai)2005~2008年期(qi)間,在(zai)某單(dan)位昌(chang)平試驗基地,鄭(zheng)單(dan)958等品(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)展(zhan)(zhan)示田(tian)(tian)常在(zai)授粉期(qi)前后(hou)(hou)因遭遇(yu)風雨(yu)氣候條件而(er)發生(sheng)較嚴重(zhong)根(gen)倒伏。就鄭(zheng)單(dan)958的(de)(de)(de)(de)品(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)特性而(er)言,至(zhi)少(shao)在(zai)籽粒建成(cheng)(授粉后(hou)(hou)15d左右(you)(you))之前,在(zai)抗根(gen)倒伏能力上,比鄭(zheng)單(dan)958強的(de)(de)(de)(de)品(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)很少(shao)見。展(zhan)(zhan)示田(tian)(tian)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)鄭(zheng)單(dan)958發生(sheng)嚴重(zhong)根(gen)倒伏的(de)(de)(de)(de)根(gen)源,調(diao)查(cha)表明主要出現在(zai)播(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)后(hou)(hou)及苗期(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)分管理上,播(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)時底(di)墑不(bu)足,于是在(zai)播(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)后(hou)(hou)出苗前噴灌,即采取所(suo)謂的(de)(de)(de)(de)“接墑”措施,苗期(qi)因為干旱(han)無雨(yu)噴灌2~3次。因土(tu)壤墑情(qing)較差,噴灌補水(shui)每次灌水(shui)量不(bu)大(da),此(ci)措施導(dao)致玉米根(gen)系都蜷縮于15cm左右(you)(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)表土(tu)層(ceng)中(zhong),中(zhong)后(hou)(hou)期(qi)遇(yu)到較大(da)降雨(yu)造成(cheng)田(tian)(tian)間積水(shui),表層(ceng)土(tu)壤變得松軟,致使本來高抗根(gen)倒的(de)(de)(de)(de)鄭(zheng)單(dan)958發生(sheng)較嚴重(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)根(gen)倒伏。

      3. 對新品種多環境測試結果影響最大的因素是什么

      據(ju)報道(dao),在美國玉(yu)(yu)米(mi)(mi)(mi)帶實(shi)施的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)品(pin)(pin)(pin)種(zhong)多(duo)(duo)環(huan)(huan)境測(ce)試(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong),影(ying)響(xiang)玉(yu)(yu)米(mi)(mi)(mi)新(xin)品(pin)(pin)(pin)種(zhong)表現(xian)的(de)(de)(de)因(yin)(yin)(yin)素依次為年(nian)份(fen)、試(shi)(shi)點(dian)、試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)承(cheng)擔者、密度、播種(zhong)期(qi)、試(shi)(shi)點(dian)內(nei)區組、小(xiao)區重(zhong)復。在我(wo)國,影(ying)響(xiang)玉(yu)(yu)米(mi)(mi)(mi)新(xin)品(pin)(pin)(pin)種(zhong)多(duo)(duo)環(huan)(huan)境測(ce)試(shi)(shi)結果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)因(yin)(yin)(yin)素非常復雜。幾年(nian)前(qian),一(yi)位玉(yu)(yu)米(mi)(mi)(mi)育(yu)種(zhong)家把(ba)自己新(xin)育(yu)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)個苗頭品(pin)(pin)(pin)種(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)種(zhong)子(zi)分(fen)為2份(fen),分(fen)別冠以不同名(ming)稱后,參加(jia)某承(cheng)試(shi)(shi)單位負責(ze)實(shi)施的(de)(de)(de)東北春(chun)玉(yu)(yu)米(mi)(mi)(mi)中(zhong)(zhong)熟(shu)組品(pin)(pin)(pin)種(zhong)測(ce)試(shi)(shi),其結果(guo),在60多(duo)(duo)個參試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)種(zhong)中(zhong)(zhong),2份(fen)種(zhong)子(zi)以22個測(ce)試(shi)(shi)點(dian)的(de)(de)(de)平均(jun)單產計(ji),其一(yi)排(pai)名(ming)第6位,其二(er)排(pai)名(ming)倒數第3位。據(ju)調查(cha),承(cheng)擔該(gai)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)的(de)(de)(de)專家對(dui)統(tong)計(ji)分(fen)析軟件(jian)很是精通,這位玉(yu)(yu)米(mi)(mi)(mi)育(yu)種(zhong)家所得(de)到的(de)(de)(de)參試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)種(zhong)表現(xian)結果(guo)(排(pai)名(ming)),其實(shi)是承(cheng)擔試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)專家在充(chong)分(fen)考(kao)慮(lv)多(duo)(duo)個試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)影(ying)響(xiang)因(yin)(yin)(yin)素基礎上(shang)經(jing)過目前(qian)國際上(shang)最先(xian)進(jin)統(tong)計(ji)軟件(jian)分(fen)析處(chu)理(li)后得(de)出的(de)(de)(de)結果(guo)。出現(xian)上(shang)述問題的(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)因(yin)(yin)(yin)可(ke)(ke)能(neng)是,①試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)管理(li)不規范,非處(chu)理(li)因(yin)(yin)(yin)素對(dui)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)結果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)干擾太大;②試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)管理(li)較規范,但(dan)因(yin)(yin)(yin)為玉(yu)(yu)米(mi)(mi)(mi)乃稀植作物,測(ce)產樣(yang)本量偏小(xiao),沒有把(ba)處(chu)理(li)(品(pin)(pin)(pin)種(zhong))間的(de)(de)(de)差異通過取樣(yang)“取”出來。綜上(shang)認為,在新(xin)品(pin)(pin)(pin)種(zhong)多(duo)(duo)環(huan)(huan)境測(ce)試(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)每(mei)一(yi)個測(ce)試(shi)(shi)點(dian),從玉(yu)(yu)米(mi)(mi)(mi)播種(zhong)到收獲的(de)(de)(de)整個生長期(qi)內(nei),切實(shi)做到試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)管理(li)規范,盡最大可(ke)(ke)能(neng)消除非處(chu)理(li)因(yin)(yin)(yin)素的(de)(de)(de)干擾,是新(xin)品(pin)(pin)(pin)種(zhong)多(duo)(duo)環(huan)(huan)境測(ce)試(shi)(shi)獲得(de)可(ke)(ke)靠結果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)根(gen)本保障,是任何先(xian)進(jin)數據(ju)分(fen)析方法與軟件(jian)都不能(neng)替代的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要工作。

      4. 新品種多環境測試中種植密度如何設置

      近(jin)年來(lai)國(guo)內外越來(lai)越多的(de)(de)(de)研究結果表明,目(mu)前(qian)玉(yu)(yu)米(mi)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)上應(ying)用的(de)(de)(de)優良品種(zhong)(zhong)與(yu)“老品種(zhong)(zhong)”相比,由于抗(kang)逆性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)顯著提高(gao)(gao),當其達(da)到(dao)最(zui)(zui)高(gao)(gao)單(dan)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)密度(du)(du)后,進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步把密度(du)(du)增(zeng)加(jia)到(dao)更高(gao)(gao)水平(ping)時(shi),單(dan)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)一(yi)(yi)直穩定在(zai)最(zui)(zui)高(gao)(gao)水平(ping)。從品種(zhong)(zhong)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)角度(du)(du)可(ke)(ke)以對(dui)此(ci)現象做如下解析,育種(zhong)(zhong)家(jia)選(xuan)育的(de)(de)(de)新品種(zhong)(zhong)如果是真正的(de)(de)(de)優良品種(zhong)(zhong),那么(me)其在(zai)達(da)到(dao)最(zui)(zui)高(gao)(gao)單(dan)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)密度(du)(du)后,進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步將密度(du)(du)增(zeng)加(jia)到(dao)偏高(gao)(gao)水平(ping),其最(zui)(zui)高(gao)(gao)單(dan)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)水平(ping)仍能(neng)得以充分表現的(de)(de)(de)同時(shi),其抗(kang)倒伏(fu)性(xing)(xing)等潛在(zai)風險也得到(dao)了(le)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)。因此(ci),在(zai)新品種(zhong)(zhong)(組合)初(chu)、中(zhong)級測(ce)試(shi)(shi)時(shi)應(ying)設置盡可(ke)(ke)能(neng)偏高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)(de)密度(du)(du)。而在(zai)新品種(zhong)(zhong)高(gao)(gao)級測(ce)試(shi)(shi)階段(duan),即對(dui)于每(mei)一(yi)(yi)個新選(xuan)育的(de)(de)(de)玉(yu)(yu)米(mi)品種(zhong)(zhong),在(zai)開發(fa)推廣(guang)之前(qian)的(de)(de)(de)多環境(jing)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)階段(duan),應(ying)針(zhen)對(dui)其目(mu)標(biao)種(zhong)(zhong)植區域,設置多環境(jing)×密度(du)(du)互作試(shi)(shi)驗(yan),以測(ce)試(shi)(shi)出新品種(zhong)(zhong)在(zai)不同產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)量環境(jing)下抗(kang)倒伏(fu)性(xing)(xing)、結實(shi)性(xing)(xing)及產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)量等性(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang)的(de)(de)(de)耐密性(xing)(xing),明確新品種(zhong)(zhong)在(zai)每(mei)一(yi)(yi)個具體產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)量環境(jing)類(lei)型中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)最(zui)(zui)適密度(du)(du),尤(you)其是安全生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)密度(du)(du),從而最(zui)(zui)大限度(du)(du)地規避新品種(zhong)(zhong)在(zai)推廣(guang)應(ying)用中(zhong)有可(ke)(ke)能(neng)出現的(de)(de)(de)風險。

      5. 小規模育種者如何實現“多環境測試”

      玉(yu)米(mi)新(xin)品(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)多(duo)(duo)環境測(ce)試(shi)(shi)的(de)首要工作是測(ce)試(shi)(shi)地點(dian)(dian)選(xuan)擇與測(ce)試(shi)(shi)網(wang)絡(luo)建設。據報道(dao),跨(kua)國(guo)(guo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)業巨頭已經由最初根據區域特(te)點(dian)(dian)而(er)簡單定(ding)性(xing)(xing)選(xuan)擇試(shi)(shi)驗地點(dian)(dian),發展到基于多(duo)(duo)年氣候(hou)及土壤數據,利(li)用CERES作物生長模型(xing)先進(jin)行(xing)環境類(lei)型(xing)劃分,再進(jin)行(xing)玉(yu)米(mi)生態區劃,進(jin)而(er)確定(ding)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)地點(dian)(dian)數量與布局,從而(er)保(bao)證了所選(xuan)擇的(de)品(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)地點(dian)(dian)的(de)生態代表性(xing)(xing)和數量合(he)理性(xing)(xing)。國(guo)(guo)內有實(shi)力的(de)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)企業則(ze)是以獨家或(huo)者以聯(lian)合(he)體形式在全國(guo)(guo)各大玉(yu)米(mi)生態類(lei)型(xing)區構建新(xin)品(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)地點(dian)(dian)網(wang)絡(luo),為新(xin)品(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)多(duo)(duo)環境測(ce)試(shi)(shi)和準確生態定(ding)位提供必(bi)要保(bao)障。

      相比較而言(yan),小規(gui)模育(yu)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)者(zhe)或個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)體育(yu)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)者(zhe)由于(yu)經費(fei)短(duan)缺、占(zhan)有(you)資(zi)源有(you)限,不(bu)能(neng)通過(guo)布置多(duo)(duo)(duo)點(dian)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)品種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)多(duo)(duo)(duo)環(huan)(huan)境測試(shi)(shi)(shi),亟需制(zhi)定應(ying)對措施。本(ben)團隊(dui)在(zai)多(duo)(duo)(duo)年來(lai)實(shi)施同(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)品種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)在(zai)相同(tong)(tong)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia)重(zhong)復(fu)(fu)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植多(duo)(duo)(duo)次的(de)(de)玉米(mi)栽(zai)培試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)的(de)(de)過(guo)程中發(fa)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),即(ji)使(shi)在(zai)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)管(guan)理(li)(li)上很好地(di)做到(dao)了“盡(jin)最大(da)(da)可(ke)能(neng)消除非處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)因素(su)干擾(rao)”,但(dan)在(zai)同(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)重(zhong)復(fu)(fu)之間,產(chan)量(liang)等綜合(he)性(xing)(xing)狀表現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)也往(wang)往(wang)存(cun)在(zai)較大(da)(da)差異(yi),說(shuo)明(ming)即(ji)使(shi)在(zai)同(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)地(di)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)、同(tong)(tong)樣管(guan)理(li)(li)水平下(xia),同(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)重(zhong)復(fu)(fu)之間玉米(mi)所(suo)處(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)生(sheng)長(chang)小環(huan)(huan)境仍然存(cun)在(zai)一(yi)(yi)定差異(yi)。為此,本(ben)團隊(dui)給山東省禹城(cheng)市的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)小規(gui)模育(yu)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)者(zhe)制(zhi)定了一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)基于(yu)其(qi)自(zi)身財力條(tiao)件(jian)且(qie)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)實(shi)施質量(liang)可(ke)完全由自(zi)己(ji)掌控的(de)(de)“多(duo)(duo)(duo)環(huan)(huan)境測試(shi)(shi)(shi)”方案(an),面向禹城(cheng)市70萬畝玉米(mi),選(xuan)擇有(you)代(dai)表性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)20~30個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)農戶地(di)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai),組(zu)(zu)建(jian)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)3~5人的(de)(de)播(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小組(zu)(zu),從6月(yue)(yue)15日開始(shi),每天將玉米(mi)新(xin)(xin)品種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(組(zu)(zu)合(he))播(bo)于(yu)1~2個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)地(di)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)上,一(yi)(yi)直播(bo)至6月(yue)(yue)底,即(ji)同(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)套新(xin)(xin)組(zu)(zu)合(he)在(zai)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)日期(qi)、不(bu)同(tong)(tong)地(di)點(dian)重(zhong)復(fu)(fu)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植20~30次,使(shi)“多(duo)(duo)(duo)環(huan)(huan)境測試(shi)(shi)(shi)”得到(dao)一(yi)(yi)定程度的(de)(de)體現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)。其(qi)測試(shi)(shi)(shi)效(xiao)果非常明(ming)顯,如在(zai)2021年,由于(yu)8月(yue)(yue)初出現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)大(da)(da)風天氣條(tiao)件(jian),6月(yue)(yue)28日播(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)中等環(huan)(huan)境產(chan)量(liang)地(di)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)中,有(you)的(de)(de)組(zu)(zu)合(he)出現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)莖(jing)(jing)折(zhe),據(ju)統計,在(zai)參(can)試(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)25個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)新(xin)(xin)組(zu)(zu)合(he)中,輕度莖(jing)(jing)折(zhe)(莖(jing)(jing)折(zhe)株比率(lv)10%以(yi)下(xia))組(zu)(zu)合(he)6個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge),占(zhan)24%;重(zhong)度莖(jing)(jing)折(zhe)(莖(jing)(jing)折(zhe)株比率(lv)10%以(yi)上)組(zu)(zu)合(he)3個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge),占(zhan)12%。而播(bo)于(yu)其(qi)他(ta)20多(duo)(duo)(duo)個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)地(di)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)的(de)(de)同(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)套組(zu)(zu)合(he)中,則沒有(you)發(fa)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)莖(jing)(jing)折(zhe)植株。由此可(ke)見,僅(jin)靠一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)簡單的(de)(de)“多(duo)(duo)(duo)環(huan)(huan)境測試(shi)(shi)(shi)”方案(an),1/3左右有(you)致(zhi)命缺陷的(de)(de)、在(zai)其(qi)他(ta)環(huan)(huan)境下(xia)可(ke)能(neng)表現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)優(you)良的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)組(zu)(zu)合(he)被(bei)測試(shi)(shi)(shi)鑒(jian)別出來(lai)了。
