NDJ型(xing)糧(liang)食(shi)運(yun)動(dong)粘(zhan)(zhan)度(du)(du)計(ji)(糧(liang)食(shi)運(yun)動(dong)粘(zhan)(zhan)度(du)(du)測(ce)(ce)定儀(yi))依據毛細(xi)管運(yun)動(dong)粘(zhan)(zhan)度(du)(du)測(ce)(ce)定法設計(ji)的(de),是(shi)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)糧(liang)食(shi)粘(zhan)(zhan)度(du)(du)的(de)專用儀(yi)器。檢出粘(zhan)(zhan)度(du)(du)指(zhi)標是(shi)評(ping)價糧(liang)食(shi)儲藏品質(zhi)及陳化的(de)主要(yao)控制指(zhi)標之一。該糧(liang)食(shi)運(yun)動(dong)粘(zhan)(zhan)度(du)(du)計(ji)自(zi)動(dong)控溫、控時,實現了測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)裝(zhuang)置一體(ti)化,測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)精度(du)(du)高。
測定了118種鹽(yan)生植物的種子(zi)(來自鹽(yan)沼、鹽(yan)漠、海濱、沙丘(qiu)和海洋)的休眠類型,其結果(guo)表(biao)明:不休(xiu)眠(mian)種(zhong)子17種(zhong),形態(tai)休(xiu)眠(mian)種(zhong)子1種(zhong),形態(tai)生理(li)休(xiu)眠(mian)種(zhong)子5種(zhong)、環(huan)境休(xiu)眠(mian)種(zhong)子5種(zhong),生理(li)休(xiu)眠(mian)種(zhong)子90種(zhong)。
這(zhe)一(yi)實驗結(jie)(jie)果可以部分反(fan)映出(chu),在鹽(yan)生(sheng)植物(wu)中所產生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi),大部分屬于生(sheng)理(li)休(xiu)(xiu)眠(mian)類型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi),占總(zong)數(shu)的(de)(de)(de)76%,不(bu)休(xiu)(xiu)眠(mian)的(de)(de)(de)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)也(ye)有14%,而(er)環(huan)境休(xiu)(xiu)眠(mian)和形態(tai)(tai)生(sheng)理(li)休(xiu)(xiu)眠(mian)的(de)(de)(de)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)均占4%,形態(tai)(tai)休(xiu)(xiu)眠(mian)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)只占0.8%。報(bao)道,他們曾用冷層(ceng)積(ji)和溫層(ceng)積(ji)處(chu)(chu)理(li)100種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鹽(yan)生(sheng)植物(wu)不(bu)同休(xiu)(xiu)眠(mian)類型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi),糧食運動(dong)粘度計結(jie)(jie)果發(fa)現,冷和溫層(ceng)積(ji)處(chu)(chu)理(li)都可以打(da)破一(yi)些(xie)(xie)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)(de)休(xiu)(xiu)眠(mian),特別是生(sheng)理(li)休(xiu)(xiu)眠(mian)的(de)(de)(de)鹽(yan)生(sheng)植物(wu)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)。另(ling)外,還發(fa)現有些(xie)(xie)鹽(yan)生(sheng)植物(wu)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)(de)休(xiu)(xiu)眠(mian)破除,冷層(ceng)積(ji)處(chu)(chu)理(li)的(de)(de)(de)效果要比溫層(ceng)積(ji)處(chu)(chu)理(li)要好一(yi)些(xie)(xie)。冷層(ceng)積(ji)處(chu)(chu)理(li)對形態(tai)(tai)生(sheng)理(li)休(xiu)(xiu)眠(mian)型(xing)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)休(xiu)(xiu)眠(mian)的(de)(de)(de)解除,也(ye)有一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)效果。
層積(ji)(ji)處(chu)理(li)對鹽(yan)生植(zhi)物種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)萌(meng)發的效應規(gui)律是(shi)(shi),凡是(shi)(shi)溫層積(ji)(ji)處(chu)理(li)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)破除(chu)休眠的種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi),則它們(men)在(zai)夏(xia)(xia)季(ji)、秋季(ji)和干旱冬季(ji)都可(ke)以(yi)(yi)萌(meng)發,而冷層積(ji)(ji)處(chu)理(li)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)打破休眠的種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi),則它們(men)在(zai)晚冬和春季(ji)都可(ke)以(yi)(yi)萌(meng)發。這(zhe)與大氣溫度和土壤鹽(yan)度有(you)關,不(bu)少鹽(yan)生植(zhi)物種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)培(pei)養(yang)在(zai)鹽(yan)漬條件下其(qi)種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)萌(meng)發的百分(fen)比隨溫度降低(di)(di)而增大;降雨(yu)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)導致溫帶冬季(ji)生境鹽(yan)度的降低(di)(di),一(yi)些(xie)亞熱(re)帶地區夏(xia)(xia)季(ji)雨(yu)水較多,也可(ke)以(yi)(yi)降低(di)(di)土壤鹽(yan)度,促(cu)使一(yi)些(xie)鹽(yan)生植(zhi)物種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)萌(meng)發。
