棉市(shi)低迷棉種銷售能否突圍 |

“科利圓”利從哪兒來?
宜(yi)城市(shi)的兩位(wei)代理商薛(xue)加敏(min)和余(yu)漢衛向我們(men)介紹,近幾年來宜(yi)城市(shi)的植(zhi)棉面積(ji)(ji)保持(chi)在20萬畝左右,基本穩定(ding),由(you)于露(lu)地直(zhi)播(bo)棉面積(ji)(ji)比(bi)例(li)增大,棉種的銷(xiao)售(shou)量隨之快速(su)增長。 湖北省襄陽市科利圓種業有限公司總經理雷玉蓮告訴我(wo)們,襄陽(yang)市(shi)所轄的宜(yi)城、襄州、棗陽(yang)等縣、市(shi)、區(qu),同(tong)全(quan)國(guo)(guo)各地(di)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)區(qu)一樣(yang),因為棉(mian)(mian)(mian)市(shi)行情不景氣,近幾年(nian)來棉(mian)(mian)(mian)田(tian)面(mian)積也呈逐漸下滑的趨勢(shi),全(quan)市(shi)前(qian)幾年(nian)上報棉(mian)(mian)(mian)田(tian)面(mian)積63萬(wan)(wan)(wan)畝(mu),今(jin)年(nian)預計不足50萬(wan)(wan)(wan)畝(mu),但科利(li)圓(yuan)種(zhong)(zhong)業的國(guo)(guo)欣棉(mian)(mian)(mian)種(zhong)(zhong)銷售(shou)(shou)量,卻呈逆勢(shi)大幅上升之態(tai),繼續擎起國(guo)(guo)欣棉(mian)(mian)(mian)種(zhong)(zhong)在南方棉(mian)(mian)(mian)區(qu)銷售(shou)(shou)冠軍的大旗。據統計,2009年(nian)科利(li)圓(yuan)銷售(shou)(shou)各類國(guo)(guo)欣棉(mian)(mian)(mian)種(zhong)(zhong)6萬(wan)(wan)(wan)多袋,2010~2012年(nian)穩定在10萬(wan)(wan)(wan)袋左右,2013年(nian)超過12萬(wan)(wan)(wan)袋,今(jin)年(nian)突破13萬(wan)(wan)(wan)袋,占當地(di)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)種(zhong)(zhong)市(shi)場份額(e)的30%,在棉(mian)(mian)(mian)田(tian)面(mian)積全(quan)面(mian)萎縮的大環境(jing)中,科利(li)圓(yuan)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)種(zhong)(zhong)的銷售(shou)(shou)量能連續增長,這不能不算是一個(ge)奇跡。 早在2010年,一位經銷商總結科利圓種業的營銷經驗(yan):一是篩選棉(mian)種(zhong)認(ren)準國(guo)欣;二是樣板(ban)效果(guo)迅(xun)速轉化(hua);三(san)是網絡健全活而不亂;四是售(shou)后服(fu)務貴(gui)在堅持;五是團隊(dui)齊心(xin)無往不勝。時間(jian)過去了5年,科利圓(yuan)種(zhong)業是靠什么秘訣保持驕人業績(ji)的呢?通過我們兩天的調查(cha)、走訪與座談,應該(gai)說(shuo),他(ta)們有(you)些(xie)新鮮經驗(yan)可以(yi)借鑒。 1 棉花套種西瓜棉種銷量和種植效益同步提升 宜城市的(de)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)田,大(da)部分在丘陵(ling)地(di)(di)(di)(di)區(qu)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植,由(you)于水源不足,只適宜種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植旱地(di)(di)(di)(di)作物(wu),當地(di)(di)(di)(di)農民(min)(min)有種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)花(hua)(hua)、西(xi)瓜的(de)經(jing)驗,于是(shi)(shi)采(cai)取了棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)花(hua)(hua)與(yu)(yu)(yu)西(xi)瓜配套(tao)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植模(mo)式,選(xuan)擇上(shang)桃集中、品質好的(de)國欣(xin)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),改營養(yang)缽(bo)育苗(miao)為大(da)田直播,既保住了棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)花(hua)(hua)面積,又增加了國欣(xin)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)銷量(liang),特(te)別是(shi)(shi)提(ti)高了種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植的(de)綜合效益。該市流(liu)水鎮(zhen)(zhen)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)花(hua)(hua)與(yu)(yu)(yu)西(xi)瓜配套(tao)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植面積達10萬畝,鶯河村村民(min)(min)劉(liu)志貴,每(mei)(mei)年(nian)(nian)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)花(hua)(hua)、西(xi)瓜30畝,每(mei)(mei)年(nian)(nian)收(shou)入(ru)10萬元(yuan)(yuan)左右,今年(nian)(nian)他將(jiang)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植面積擴(kuo)大(da)到(dao)50畝,村民(min)(min)張多(duo)成,每(mei)(mei)年(nian)(nian)植棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)近40畝,也(ye)是(shi)(shi)與(yu)(yu)(yu)西(xi)瓜套(tao)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),去年(nian)(nian)收(shou)入(ru)14萬元(yuan)(yuan),4年(nian)(nian)前(qian)(qian)就買了一(yi)(yi)輛(liang)長安牌的(de)小轎(jiao)車(che)(che),他說,村里約有三分之一(yi)(yi)的(de)植棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)農戶都買了小轎(jiao)車(che)(che)或皮卡(ka)車(che)(che),也(ye)都堅(jian)持使用(yong)國欣(xin)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。這(zhe)(zhe)里的(de)西(xi)瓜都是(shi)(shi)上(shang)門收(shou)購,不愁銷路。襄州區(qu)東(dong)津鎮(zhen)(zhen)人多(duo)地(di)(di)(di)(di)少(shao),當地(di)(di)(di)(di)農民(min)(min)將(jiang)國欣(xin)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)與(yu)(yu)(yu)大(da)蔥(cong)配套(tao)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植,秋后(hou)再套(tao)花(hua)(hua)菜、包菜,這(zhe)(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)模(mo)式每(mei)(mei)畝可收(shou)入(ru)4000~5000元(yuan)(yuan)。與(yu)(yu)(yu)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)花(hua)(hua)套(tao)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)西(xi)瓜和大(da)蔥(cong),一(yi)(yi)般在6月中旬(xun)前(qian)(qian)后(hou)收(shou)獲完畢,與(yu)(yu)(yu)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)花(hua)(hua)沒有共生(sheng)矛盾。我國不少(shao)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)區(qu),在棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)花(hua)(hua)與(yu)(yu)(yu)其它作物(wu)配套(tao)生(sheng)產上(shang),也(ye)有一(yi)(yi)些獨(du)具(ju)特(te)色的(de)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植模(mo)式,是(shi)(shi)否也(ye)能象科利(li)圓種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)業這(zhe)(zhe)樣加以引導多(duo)留一(yi)(yi)點棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)花(hua)(hua)面積呢? 2 讓經銷商(shang)既有優勝感又(you)有危機(ji)感 雷玉蓮1997年(nian)(nian)進入種(zhong)子行(xing)業,通(tong)過不(bu)斷篩選(xuan),2000年(nian)(nian)認準了(le)國欣品牌的棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)種(zhong),現在她代(dai)理(li)了(le)好幾個(ge)(ge)國欣品牌棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)種(zhong),有雜交棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)種(zhong),也有常規(gui)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)種(zhong)。在不(bu)同的縣、市、區中,選(xuan)擇(ze)經銷(xiao)商(shang)(shang),分別代(dai)理(li)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)或(huo)幾個(ge)(ge)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)花品種(zhong),如宜城市的3個(ge)(ge)代(dai)理(li)商(shang)(shang),今年(nian)(nian)銷(xiao)售(shou)了(le)各類國欣品種(zhong)近6萬(wan)袋,占該市棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)種(zhong)市場份額(e)近三分之一(yi)。襄(xiang)州(zhou)區峪山(shan)鎮有23個(ge)(ge)農資經銷(xiao)商(shang)(shang),每個(ge)(ge)經銷(xiao)商(shang)(shang)都(dou)以相同價格(ge)銷(xiao)售(shou)國欣棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)種(zhong),國欣棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)種(zhong)市場占有率為93.8%。這(zhe)么多年(nian)(nian)以來,為什么有這(zhe)么多市、縣、鄉鎮、村的經銷(xiao)商(shang)(shang)銷(xiao)售(shou)國欣棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)種(zhong)呢?襄(xiang)州(zhou)區東(dong)津鎮老營片區的經銷(xiao)商(shang)(shang)彭官樂說,雷總選(xuan)定(ding)的國欣棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)種(zhong)適(shi)應性(xing)、豐產性(xing)、抗逆性(xing)都(dou)得到了(le)充分展示,多年(nian)(nian)來已得到農民廣泛認同,大家都(dou)感(gan)到能(neng)賣上國欣棉(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)種(zhong)既(ji)榮幸又放心。 一個地級的(de)棉種代(dai)理(li)商,一年銷(xiao)售10多萬袋(dai)棉種,事務(wu)是(shi)(shi)浩繁的(de),科利圓種業(ye)細化管理(li),工作(zuo)完成得很出色。除了(le)常規的(de)促銷(xiao)宣傳(chuan)外,獎(jiang)勵(li)措施有兩種,一是(shi)(shi)批量購貨獎(jiang),二(er)是(shi)(shi)年終總結獎(jiang)。 批(pi)量(liang)購貨(huo)獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)標準:凡(fan)在每年(nian)12月10日(ri)前一(yi)(yi)次(ci)性(xing)交提貨(huo)款10000元(yuan)的(de),現場獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)勵600元(yuan),超(chao)過10000元(yuan)后(hou),按(an)(an)每增(zeng)(zeng)加5000元(yuan)為一(yi)(yi)個單位計獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)。享受獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)勵者(zhe),必(bi)須保證銷售(shou)一(yi)(yi)定數(shu)量(liang)的(de)雜(za)交棉種(zhong)或(huo)常規(gui)棉種(zhong)。年(nian)終總(zong)結獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)分(fen)為銷量(liang)保持獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)、銷量(liang)增(zeng)(zeng)長獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)、突出貢獻獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)和國(guo)欣棉種(zhong)專營獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)。凡(fan)保持上(shang)(shang)年(nian)度銷量(liang)的(de),每袋獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)0.3元(yuan);銷售(shou)量(liang)比上(shang)(shang)年(nian)增(zeng)(zeng)加1倍(bei)以上(shang)(shang)或(huo)總(zong)量(liang)超(chao)過1500袋的(de),按(an)(an)銷售(shou)總(zong)量(liang),每袋獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)1.5元(yuan);簽了國(guo)欣棉種(zhong)專營合同的(de),按(an)(an)銷量(liang)每袋獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)0.3元(yuan)。 在市場(chang)管理(li)上(shang),科利(li)圓種(zhong)業嚴格(ge)(ge)執行(xing)代(dai)理(li)制(zhi)度,所經(jing)營的(de)(de)國欣棉(mian)種(zhong),批(pi)次批(pi)號必(bi)須備案在冊(ce)。經(jing)銷(xiao)商(shang)之間不得貶低、打壓對(dui)方品種(zhong),一(yi)經(jing)發現將取(qu)消(xiao)部(bu)分或全部(bu)返(fan)利(li),直至取(qu)消(xiao)代(dai)理(li)資格(ge)(ge);經(jing)銷(xiao)商(shang)要各自維持好市場(chang)秩序,凡越區(qu)串貨的(de)(de)將扣(kou)除該(gai)批(pi)種(zhong)子返(fan)利(li),對(dui)隨意降價銷(xiao)售的(de)(de)也將扣(kou)除該(gai)批(pi)種(zhong)子返(fan)利(li),情節嚴重的(de)(de)取(qu)消(xiao)代(dai)理(li)資格(ge)(ge);對(dui)于在同(tong)(tong)一(yi)地區(qu)銷(xiao)售同(tong)(tong)一(yi)品種(zhong)發生代(dai)理(li)權競爭(zheng)時(shi),新的(de)(de)競爭(zheng)者需超過原有代(dai)理(li)商(shang)銷(xiao)售量的(de)(de)20%;原代(dai)理(li)商(shang)業績下滑較多的(de)(de)有可能(neng)會(hui)被淘汰(tai)。總之,要使(shi)每位參與(yu)競爭(zheng)的(de)(de)人,既有優勝感,又有危(wei)機感。 3 配套服務把良種優勢轉化成效益優勢 國(guo)欣(xin)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)種(zhong)品種(zhong)優勢(shi)明顯,作為(wei)企業(ye)老總,除了善于經營外,還必須要(yao)精通技術、服務。雷(lei)玉蓮面對國(guo)欣(xin)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)生產中出現(xian)(xian)的(de)問(wen)題,敢(gan)于親臨(lin)其境,現(xian)(xian)場化解矛(mao)盾(dun)。2012年(nian)6月中旬,襄州區劉集鎮(zhen)小沖村2組龔石頭(tou)等農戶反映,說國(guo)欣(xin)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)公枝(zhi)多,不上桃,6月19日雷(lei)玉蓮和有(you)關技術人員到現(xian)(xian)場調查,原來幾戶農民采用的(de)是棉(mian)(mian)(mian)花與甜瓜配套種(zhong)植模式(shi),底肥(fei)施的(de)多,棉(mian)(mian)(mian)花與甜瓜間的(de)行距窄,共生矛(mao)盾(dun)大,經過與農戶交(jiao)流后,現(xian)(xian)場進行了棉(mian)(mian)(mian)花整枝(zhi),并指(zhi)導(dao)運用縮節安化學調控,隨后又反復與農戶溝(gou)通,當(dang)年(nian)國(guo)欣(xin)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)與甜瓜雙獲豐(feng)收。 2013年8月11日,襄州區雙溝鎮(zhen)經銷(xiao)商(shang)(shang)謝建強反映(ying),鄭張村有(you)的國欣棉(mian)成片(pian)出(chu)現(xian)蔫萎(wei),不(bu)知是(shi)(shi)什么原因,雷(lei)玉蓮(lian)與(yu)技術人員趕去診斷后,發現(xian)不(bu)光是(shi)(shi)國欣棉(mian)種,其它公司的一(yi)些棉(mian)種也出(chu)現(xian)了類似蔫萎(wei),原來這(zhe)(zhe)是(shi)(shi)久旱之后遇雨陡(dou)晴產生的一(yi)種生理病害,主要原因是(shi)(shi)棉(mian)田潛在性缺乏鉀肥,農戶與(yu)經銷(xiao)商(shang)(shang)明白這(zhe)(zhe)個(ge)道理后,增施了鉀肥。 2014年5月20日(ri)下午,我們在(zai)宜城市移民新村調查時,看到李龍山、呂大慶等農戶(hu)的地(di)膜西瓜長得不錯(cuo),但(dan)棉花還有(you)缺苗,鉀肥施(shi)用明顯不足(zu),雷(lei)玉蓮(lian)又(you)要求這些農戶(hu)增(zeng)補棉苗,并在(zai)蕾期急速(su)補追鉀肥,增(zeng)強(qiang)后勁(jing),農戶(hu)們連(lian)連(lian)點頭(tou)表示嘆服(fu)。 一手抓經營,一手抓服務,有了這兩手,科利圓種業就一定可以把良種的優勢,轉化為巨大的效益優勢。 |
企業虧損原因 一是目前棉種企業規模小,難御市場風險;二是管理不規范,品質意識較差,生產加工后的種子難以達標,有些甚至人為摻假使劣,以假亂真;三是種多混亂,沒有形成企業自己的主打品種和品牌;四是企業服務意識淡薄,有些企業售后根本無服務,更無誠信可言。 收益下降原(yuan)因
產業(ye)發展困境 根據統計數據顯示,全球五大棉花生產(chan)國(guo)中(zhong),中(zhong)國(guo)棉(mian)花單產(chan)最高,2012年我國(guo)棉(mian)花生(sheng)產(chan)面積占全(quan)球的15.4%,總產(chan)卻占到(dao)了(le)26%。我國(guo)棉(mian)產(chan)品每年消(xiao)費量超過生(sheng)產(chan)量的30%左右(you),由于每年從國(guo)外進口(kou)大部分(fen),國(guo)產(chan)皮棉(mian)只消(xiao)費了(le)少部分(fen)。 植棉面(mian)積逐年(nian)減(jian)少(shao)。調研顯示(shi),近3年(nian)來全(quan)國植棉面(mian)積由常年(nian)的(de)530萬公頃(qing)減(jian)少(shao)到400萬公頃(qing),預計(ji)2014年(nian)還將減(jian)少(shao)到350萬公頃(qing)左右。 棉種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)行業(ye)虧損,棉種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)市(shi)場混亂。一(yi)是(shi)棉農收益逐年(nian)遞(di)減導致植棉面積遞(di)減,棉種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)銷(xiao)售(shou)數量也隨之遞(di)減;二是(shi)棉種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)市(shi)場魚(yu)龍(long)混雜,棉農自制(zhi)自留種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)遞(di)增(zeng)(zeng);三是(shi)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子生產用(yong)工成本(ben)逐年(nian)遞(di)增(zeng)(zeng),利潤空間(jian)縮(suo)小(xiao),甚至虧本(ben)銷(xiao)售(shou);四是(shi)貸款經營,庫存增(zeng)(zeng)加,損失逐年(nian)擴大。 棉(mian)農(nong)收入降(jiang)低,國(guo)家財政負(fu)擔加重。為(wei)(wei)確保植棉(mian)農(nong)民的最低收益。大量國(guo)產皮棉(mian)由政府收儲,為(wei)(wei)穩農(nong)強基,政府逐(zhu)年(nian)以(yi)高于市(shi)場(chang)收購價收購庫存,財政補帖增加。 |
